Hitesh is a seasoned accounting and assurance professional with over 13 years of experience, including leadership roles at two of the world’s Big Four firms—Ernst & Young (EY) and KPMG. A qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Hitesh brings deep expertise in statutory audits, financial reporting, accounting advisory, and regulatory compliance across diverse industries and geographies.
His expertise spans International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US GAAP (ASC), and International Standards on Auditing (ISA), as well as specialized areas such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606. Hitesh has a strong background in core accounting functions including financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting, month-end and year-end closing, and general ledger reconciliation. He also supports clients in implementing new accounting standards, preparing audit-ready financials, and optimizing accounting processes through automation and controls.
In addition to leading complex audit engagements for multinational corporations, Hitesh has driven innovation in assurance through data analytics, Alteryx automation, and fraud risk assessments—contributing to both audit efficiency and accounting accuracy. He is known for his analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to quality and integrity.

Shubham is a qualified ACCA professional with over 12 years of diverse experience in audit and assurance, having held key positions at EY and other Big 4's. He has led statutory audits for international clients across the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, serving industries including consumer products, biotechnology, telecommunications, manufacturing, and hospitality.
Shubham possesses deep expertise in auditing under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). He is adept at handling complex areas of financial statements, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with global accounting standards. His portfolio includes hands-on experience auditing under both IFRS and US GAAP frameworks for large, multinational corporations.
In his leadership roles, Shubham has managed and mentored cross-functional teams, driven quality assurance initiatives, and built strong relationships with global stakeholders. He also brings advanced skills in data analytics, using specialized tools to identify anomalies and enhance audit efficiency and insight.
Abhishek Mathur

Abhishek is an Indian chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in delivering comprehensive accounting, taxation, and compliance services, with a strong focus on the UK financial landscape.
Abhishek has extensive experience in overseeing the complete accounting lifecycle for a wide range of UK-based clients across industries. His core skills include finalization of statutory accounts, preparation and filing of Corporation Tax (CT) returns, management accounting, monthly/quarterly closing, and payroll processing. He has been deeply involved in tax planning and preparation of Self-Assessment tax returns for individuals, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant filings.
Abhishek is proficient in leading financial software platforms such as Xero, SAGE, QuickBooks Online (QBO), FreeAgent, NOMI, TaxCal, and DIGITA. His understanding of key regulatory frameworks like IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, and SOX compliance ensures that his clients consistently meet global and local standards.
